This was our first visit to Casa Fiesta and I say it won't be the last! The entire staff was very friendly and even waiters from other tables just stopped by to see if we were doing ok or needed anything. The chips came out nice and warm with a fresh salsa and a separate bean dip. The food was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the Shredded Chicken Quesadilla. So good!! I would definitely recommend trying Casa Fiesta!
We try to go every Thursday and sometimes on a weekend . We drive from Maryville and pass a few Mexican Restaurants. Never have we had service and food as good as this anywhere in the country.

My husband and I were visiting in the area and stopped here for lunch. Fast and friendly service, tasty food, clean restrooms. All around a positive experience. The food was mild tasting, nothing was particularly spicy, but the salsa was good and I tend to put a little on most of my food. I would definitely go back.

I stopped here for a quick lunch and I was impressed. The chips and salsa prior to the meal were fresh. I had an order of enchiladas and they were very nicely flavored and a generous portion. Prices were reasonable for the amount of food and the wait staff was very attentive. I will go here again!

Hit the nail on the head these owners did! This place has big screen TV's everywhere, the music isn't too loud, and the specials are really good. My husband and I have just relocated to Lenoir City Tennessee, and to be honest, there isn't anything here. Nothing. At all. But we found this little gem. we sat at the bar and the happy hour specials were right in front of us. Dollar ninety nine Dos Equis - for a big draft. Sold. Cheese dip with salsa followed as the server handed us two of the coldest beers I believe I have ever drunk. Seriously, it was so cold it actually hurt my teeth for a moment. So good. We asked the server what he liked on the menu, and he said, steak tacos. Again, sold. I ordered them soft shell and my husband ordered them plain. I won, of course. The soft shells were better. The steak was cooked well, seasoned well, not fatty at all. The tortillas were soft and fresh. You know, when they get stuck in your teeth fresh! We will be going back for sure.

In the corner of the plaza of Big Lots and sharing walls with the laundry mat. I ordered the asada tacos and it came with beans and rice. My meal came out quite later than the other two entrees. How hard is it to put meat on tortillas? Tacos came out and they were not dressed in any way. Except for a side of pico de gallo which tasted only okay. Burrito de chile colorado seemed like it was just a carne asada burrito. Nothing too special. The sauce on top was mild in flavor and overwhelmingly covered in white cheese. This must be their thing. chips and salsa was good. Beer prices good. Food was only average.

Casa fiesta was delicious! I really enjoyed it. The ambience was nice and it reminded me of Mexican restaurants at home. The service was great and the food was delicious. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with grilled chicken instead of shredded chicken. We ordered queso and they brought a huge bowl of it for us. My only reason for giving it four stars was that my quesadilla was a little spicy. Otherwise, delicious!

Decided to look around and find a Mexican place that I hadn't tried and stubbled upon this place due to it's Yelp reviews. I would say that this place ranks up there with other Mexican restaurants in the area. The chips and salsa are good and they also bring out a bean and cheese dip at no additional cost. The lunch fajitas seem to be a good portion, but they missed the 5 star mark because of the small and thinly cut strips of steak. I expect to be a little thicker and this would help the steak not be over cooked. The fajitas did have a good flavor, but I would stick to the chicken until they update the steak. On another side note, the straws for the soft drinks and water are on the short side and fall into the large cups. Don't know if they just ran out of longer ones, but they definitely need some longer straws.

This is without a doubt the best Mexican restaurant in Loudon County. I am local and have eaten at all the competition and their are some who come close but none are as good as Casa Fiesta. The service is always outstanding, I have eaten here around 40 times and I have never had bad service or food. Also, the margaritas are ballin'.

When traveling (even if not very far) and trying new places, one never knows what to expect. Apps like Yelp help, but the selection is still a bit of a gamble. In this case we absolutely were dealt a winning hand. We selected Casa Fiesta from the Yelp "Nearby" search once we were off of I-75 at the Lenore City exit (Exit #81). We found the restaurant in an unremarkable strip mall. From the outside we weren't sure what we were about to get into. But once inside, we found the dinning area to be clean and pleasant. We were seated quickly and courteously. We were barely settled into our seats when our drinks were delivered along with complementary chips and salsa. What's more, the salsa was some of the best we've had. It was definitely not from a can. It was chunky and fresh, with diced onions that were still crisp and an ample amount of fresh cilantro. Our entrées were delivered to our table amazingly soon after ordering. I had the Burrito de Chili Colorado. Awesome! The cheese sauce and the Chili Colorado made this dish stand out. My wife had the veggie Chimichanga; not something you find many places. She found the veggies fresh and plentifully, an overall exceptional dish. We'll be stopping here again!
